To support a growing Medicaid-focused practice, the remote contract Licensed Mental Health Supervisor will provide clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians working towards full licensure while delivering telehealth services. Key responsibilities Provide board-required clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians Guide associates through the licensure process while ensuring compliance with Medicaid guidelines Manage a flexible supervision schedule tailored to personal practice and professional goals Required qualifications Valid LMHC license in good standing in Florida with board approval for clinical supervision Master's degree in Counseling Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate) Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines
