Managing the daily operations of the EHR implementation training curriculum, the full-time Florida Licensed LMS Administrator will oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring effective training delivery and collaboration with the EHR Training Team in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Act as a liaison between the LMS administration team and the EHR Training Team, coordinating reporting priorities and performance tracking Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of EHR content within the LMS, ensuring accurate documentation of training completion Build and maintain EHR classes and curriculum in the LMS, including formatting and uploading Epic's eLearning modules Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or technology field 2+ years of experience in LMS software administration Experience with Epic, particularly in training, is preferred Familiarity with SCORM conformant instructional objects is preferred Experience in a healthcare system IT or learning environment is preferred
