Seeking a Florida Licensed Linux Administrator, the full-time hybrid position will manage and secure RHEL-based infrastructure, provide technical support, and lead automation initiatives while collaborating with a dedicated team to enhance public safety software. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary subject matter expert for RHEL/CentOS Linux systems administration across enterprise environments Manage system infrastructure, including databases, firewalls, and storage systems, while providing technical support for hardware and software issues Lead automation efforts for deployments and configuration management on Linux systems using Ansible and Bash Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields Current Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) certification on RHEL 8 or newer (preferred) At least 5 years of Linux administration experience, with 3+ years focused on RHEL/CentOS environments (preferred) Proficiency in RHEL 8/9 administration, Ansible, and Bash scripting Working knowledge of SQL, including administration of SQL Server or MySQL databases
