Seeking a Florida Licensed Financial Services Partner, the full-time position will manage arbitration, litigation, and regulatory matters while providing strategic client guidance and collaborating with attorneys across practice groups in a flexible work environment. Key responsibilities Manage arbitration, litigation, and regulatory matters from inception through resolution Communicate directly with clients, providing strategic guidance and regular case updates Consult with clients on compliance issues to assist in meeting legal and regulatory requirements Required qualifications Admission to practice in the state of residence is required; Florida Bar admission preferred 10+ years of Financial Services Litigation experience Experience handling FINRA, AAA, and other arbitration proceedings Experience responding to FINRA, SEC, and state regulatory investigations Strong analytical, writing, research, and case management skills
