To support and enhance the Epic Resolute Professional Billing application, the full-time Florida Licensed Epic PB Analyst will maintain and optimize system functionality, diagnose issues, and collaborate with various teams in a fully remote capacity. Key responsibilities Maintain, support, and enhance the Epic Resolute Professional Billing application with a focus on community connect configuration Diagnose, triage, and resolve incidents and problems related to Epic PB functionality Participate in system upgrades and new functionality rollouts, including testing, validation, and documentation Required qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting or configuring Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Epic PB certification or accreditation required Strong understanding of professional billing workflows and revenue cycle processes Experience with New Department Configuration and Single Billing Office (SBO) workflows preferred Ability to operate with autonomy in a remote work environment
