Leading a team of analysts, the full-time Florida Licensed Epic Applications Manager will oversee the design, implementation, support, and testing of Epic applications, while managing project teams and ensuring user needs are met in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Manages teams to perform required support activities and leads complex projects with minimal supervision Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with stakeholders, capturing business and technical requirements Oversees application team management, including hiring, evaluating direct reports, and guiding incident resolution Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Informatics, Computer Science, or Business Administration 3+ years of experience with EMR system application implementation 3+ years of management experience 3+ years of clinical or technical background EPIC Credential (EPIC CRED) is required
