Florida Licensed EAP Counselor

Seeking a Florida Licensed EAP Counselor, the full-time remote position will provide integrated EAP services including assessment, triage, and crisis management while maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards. Key responsibilities Deliver integrated EAP services such as admission, assessment, support, triage, referral, and crisis management Provide counseling services in a responsive, efficient, ethical, and professional manner, ensuring client confidentiality Conduct initial evaluations and follow-up calls for clients facing various issues, including substance abuse and mental health challenges Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or diploma in counseling or psychology Minimum of 2 years of direct client contact providing counseling or mental health services post-qualification Experience in conducting assessments and/or using clinical assessment tools Training in mindfulness or solution-focused counseling is a plus
