To support a K-12 EdTech company, the part-time or full-time Florida Licensed Customer Success Manager will manage post-sale relationships, deliver product training, and drive customer engagement and retention in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Connect with customers daily to build relationships, monitor product usage, and drive renewals and sales Own the onboarding process, conduct training sessions, and create engaging curriculum for educators Diagnose customer challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement scalable solutions to enhance satisfaction Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in K-12 Customer Success, preferably in a startup or EdTech setting Bachelor's Degree required, with prior teaching or administrative experience highly desirable Strong technical skills and consultative sales abilities are a plus Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, unstructured environment Must reside in Florida, with a preference for candidates near Orlando
