Key responsibilities Ensure residential mortgage loan packages contain all necessary documentation for complete assessments Assess origination credit decisions against current credit analyses and address any variances Review appraisals and alternative valuation products for accuracy and conformity to client requirements Required qualifications 3+ years of experience underwriting residential mortgage loans with proficiency in underwriting guidelines Proven knowledge of products such as Jumbo Prime, Non-Prime, Conforming, Non-QM, and DSCR Strong background in using computer programs for mortgage loan reviews and knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to manage a pipeline of loan files effectively Demonstrated attention to detail in all aspects of work
