Ensuring accurate reimbursement practices, the full-time Florida Licensed Contract Reimbursement Representative will analyze credits, interpret contract rates, and serve as a liaison for reimbursement inquiries in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Review and analyze credits for proper resolution involving payers, patients, and other entities Interpret contract rates and EOBs to ensure accurate reimbursement Process refund requests and provide ongoing training for onboarding staff and vendors Required qualifications High school graduate One year of medical billing and collections experience EPIC experience preferred Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Florida Prompt Pay Law Understanding of state/federal hospital regulations and medical terminology
