To enhance patient financial services, the full-time Florida Licensed Consumer Access Specialist will perform Medicare compliance reviews, create patient financial estimates, and coordinate with insurance companies while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Conduct Medicare compliance reviews and issue Advance Beneficiary Notices of Noncoverage as needed Collect payments, establish payment plans, and verify patient eligibility and benefits with insurance companies Manage communication between clinical and consumer access departments to improve the patient experience Required qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred) 1+ years of customer service experience (healthcare and revenue cycle experience preferred) Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance benefits Familiarity with Microsoft programs and electronic health record systems Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) or Certified Revenue Cycle Rep (CRCR) preferred
