Florida Licensed Consumer Access Specialist

To support patient financial services, the full-time Florida Licensed Consumer Access Specialist will perform Medicare compliance reviews, create accurate patient financial estimates, and coordinate with insurance companies for eligibility verification while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct Medicare compliance reviews and issue Advance Beneficiary Notices of Noncoverage as needed Register patients for services, ensuring accuracy and minimizing duplication of medical records Manage communication between clinical, ancillary, and consumer access departments to enhance the patient experience Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred 1+ year of customer service experience preferred 1+ year of relevant healthcare experience preferred Basic knowledge of medical terminology Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) or Certified Revenue Cycle Rep (CRCR) preferred
