Florida Licensed Consumer Access Specialist

To enhance patient financial services, the full-time Florida Licensed Consumer Access Specialist will perform Medicare compliance reviews, create accurate patient financial estimates, and coordinate with insurance companies for eligibility verification while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct Medicare compliance reviews and issue Advance Beneficiary Notices of Noncoverage as needed Collect payments, establish payment plans, and register patients for services while ensuring accuracy Manage communication between clinical, ancillary, and consumer access departments to improve the patient experience Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred 1+ years of customer service experience preferred 1+ years of relevant healthcare experience preferred Knowledge of insurance benefits and medical terminology Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) or Certified Revenue Cycle Rep (CRCR) preferred
