Florida Licensed Collaborating Psychiatrist

To support a growing telehealth practice, a Florida Licensed Collaborating Psychiatrist (MD or DO) will provide clinical guidance, conduct chart reviews, and oversee medication management for psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners in a part-time, remote role. Key responsibilities Collaborate with PMHNPs to treat low- and medium-acuity psychiatry patients using evidence-based approaches Conduct chart reviews and provide guidance on diagnoses, treatment plans, and medication management Review and authorize prescriptions, including controlled substances when legally permitted Required qualifications An active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in at least one U.S. jurisdiction Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills Experience providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care
