To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker will manage a caseload of clients, utilizing technology to deliver compassionate mental health care remotely while enjoying a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends. Key responsibilities Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure patient confidentiality in a remote work environment Required qualifications Master's level degree in social work and current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Experience in mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred Comfortable using telehealth technology and communication tools
