Florida Licensed Client GL Supervisor

Supervising a team of Accountants, the full-time Florida Licensed Client GL Supervisor will ensure the preparation and review of accurate monthly Financial Statements for Condominium and Homeowners Associations while maintaining compliance with accounting principles and meeting contractual deadlines in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Supervise daily functions of the accounting team, ensuring adherence to processes and quality standards in financial statement preparation Monitor deadlines and communicate effectively with team members and leadership to meet client expectations Provide ongoing training and evaluation for team members, addressing performance issues and facilitating professional development Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited institution Minimum of five years of general ledger accounting experience, with supervisory experience preferred Prior experience in property management, real estate, or residential management CAM license and CPA certification are a plus Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
