Monitoring the service delivery process, the full-time Florida Licensed Case Manager will ensure timely Radiologist studies, manage workflows, and expedite cases in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Monitor service delivery to ensure timely reporting of studies by Radiologists and assist with outreach to ordering physicians Expedite cases through various systems and follow up on unread and stat cases Escalate pending cases to management and redirect Radiologist workloads as necessary Required qualifications High School graduate or equivalent experience Knowledge of Excel and Word Familiarity with medical terminology Highly motivated, productive, and analytical Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
