To support a growing medical practice, the full-time Florida Licensed Billing Associate will manage patient account payments, accurately code medical claims, and handle insurance verification while working remotely from Florida. Key responsibilities Collects, posts, and manages patient account payments and prepares patient statements Codes medical claims accurately and submits them electronically to insurance payers Handles insurance verification and assists patients with billing inquiries Required qualifications Official High School Transcripts, Diploma, or Equivalency Certificate Ability to navigate multiple systems on a computer while managing phone calls CPB or other Medical Billing Certification desired, but not required CPC or Medical Coding Certification desired, but not required Must reside in Florida and have a dedicated workspace at home
