To support a nationwide virtual practice, the part-time Florida Licensed Bilingual Therapist will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a remote setting, design personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a supportive care team while managing documentation efficiently. Key responsibilities Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient Participate in regular (paid) case consultations Required qualifications Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent Licensed in Florida Fluent in both English and Haitian Creole, able to conduct full therapy sessions in Haitian Creole Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred
