To support a growing virtual practice, the part-time Florida Licensed Bilingual Therapist will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to Haitian Creole-speaking older adults, conducting sessions remotely and creating personalized treatment plans. Key responsibilities Deliver high-quality psychotherapy in Haitian Creole to older adult clients in a virtual setting Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs Participate in regular case consultations and collaborate with a supportive care team Required qualifications Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent Licensed in Florida Fluent in both English and Haitian Creole, able to conduct full therapy sessions in Haitian Creole Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
