To support a growing team, the remote Florida Licensed Behavioral Health Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for clinical, operational, and support positions while working on a contract basis for approximately 15 hours per week. Key responsibilities Source and screen candidates for experience, qualifications, and role fit Manage the hiring process from initial contact through interviews and offers Keep candidate records current in Breezy HR and build pipelines for recurring roles Required qualifications At least two years of recruiting experience, including full cycle recruiting Experience recruiting in behavioral health, mental health, or substance use treatment Strong candidate communication, organization, and follow-through Experience using an applicant tracking system Ability to work independently and responsively in a remote role
