Providing virtual psychoeducational support, the full-time Florida Licensed Behavior Specialist will assess behaviors, develop individualized treatment plans, and facilitate group sessions while working remotely. Key responsibilities Deliver virtual psychoeducational groups and conduct environmental context assessments to identify patient triggers Guide patients through skill practice for real-world scenarios and manage virtual group dynamics Document mental health services and participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to adjust care plans as needed Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in human services, psychology, social work, or a related field Valid Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential (or state equivalent) if working in an Addiction Recovery program Minimum of 12 months relevant experience in Cognitive-Behavioral Treatment (CBT) or related fields Compliance training with Residential Care Center (RCC) and Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) standards Training on telehealth platforms and technical troubleshooting with patients
