Owning a caseload of litigated auto claims from filing through resolution, the full-time Florida Licensed Auto Claims Adjuster will manage first-party PIP/Medpay litigation, third-party liability litigation, and UM/UIM litigation, focusing on complex claims with high exposure while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own a caseload of litigated auto liability and bodily injury claims from suit assignment through resolution Develop litigation strategies by reviewing initial complaints, amended actions, and evolving case facts Collaborate with defense counsel, claims counsel, and claims management on strategic planning and negotiation Required qualifications 8+ years of auto claims adjusting experience 3+ years of auto injury claims and litigation experience Extensive experience handling claims in Florida, including knowledge of Florida's insurance code and PIP statute Active adjuster license in good standing Experience working directly for an insurance carrier in a fully remote, digital-first environment
