SOLID Surface Care, Inc. is seeking a skilled Floor Technician to join our California team. In this role, you will support the care and maintenance of high-profile commercial facilities by delivering expert floor and surface services.
What You'll Do
- Perform maintenance on various surfaces including carpet, tile, vinyl, stone, and hardwood
- Operate floor equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow all company and client safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to complete scheduled projects
- Travel occasionally (up to 10%) for client needs
- Vacation time after 90 days

- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bring 3-5 years of professional floor care experience
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Able to perform physical tasks (walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.)
- Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift
- Able to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and maintain a high standard of work
- Able to pass a background check (required for most client sites)
