Floor Technician and Driver
The Floor Technician and Driver will clean and maintain a safe living environment for all residents according to the specified schedule, including areas such as resident suites, bathrooms and common areas on a daily basis. Drive between buildings, pack up all bio-hazard disposals and box for pickup monthly. Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years' experience with the geriatric population preferred.
- NJ Driver's license in good standing and ability to drive a box truck.
- Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language.
- Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or concerns from residents, employees and visitors.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day, move about and between buildings and carry up to 40 pounds.
- Flu vaccine required during flu season.
