Gjusta LA is seeking a Floor Support Associate to join our front-of-house team. This role is essential to the flow of service—supporting servers, expediters, bartenders, and managers while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room.
What You’ll Do
Bus, clean, and reset tables efficiently during service
Run food and beverages accurately and professionally
Maintain cleanliness of the floor, service stations, and expo areas
Assist the team to ensure smooth, consistent service
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
