Floor Coating Installer
Location: Milwaukee Area
Compensation: $20–$25/hr
Schedule: |4-Day Work Week | Paid Training
We’re hiring hardworking installers to join a growing concrete floor coating company serving the Chicagoland area.
If you like working with your hands, being part of a crew, and seeing the finished result of your work, this is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career.
No floor coating experience required; we train the right people.

Schedule
- Full-time
- 4-day work week

Most jobs are completed in one day, so you’ll see the results of your work quickly.
What You'll Do
You’ll work with a crew to install garage and concrete floor coatings for homeowners and some commercial spaces.
Daily tasks include:
- Grinding and prepping concrete floors
- Applying epoxy and polyaspartic coatings
- Moving materials and equipment
- Keeping job sites clean and organized
- Working with a team to complete projects efficiently

Experience in these industries is helpful but not required:
- Construction

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
- Comfortable working on your feet most of the day
- Ability to bend, kneel, and work with tools
- Comfortable working in garages and job site environments
