Essentia Health in Brainerd and Baxter, Minnesota, is seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to join our accomplished team. These roles cover Medical Unit, Med/Surg Unit, IMC/ICU, and Emergency Department, with 60 hours per pay period, every third weekend, 12-hour shifts, and overnight coverage from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
You will lead patient care, delegate nursing tasks, support the hospital mission, and ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and state regulations.
