Floating General Manager

General Manager In TrainingWe are a fast growing youth activity company searching for an early career General Manager in Training to support our multi location growth across the DC, VA, and MD region. This role is built for someone who has experience working with children or youth centered programs and wants a clear pathway into full General Manager leadership.Throughout 2026, you will rotate across several gyms, learn every operational function, support teams during peak periods, and step into short term management needs across the region. This exposure gives you hands on experience with staffing, customer interaction, class execution, and day to day operations.
