Float RN: 65+ Units, Night Shifts, Career Growth

Barnes‑Jewish Hospital, part of BJC HealthCare, seeks a Float RN to provide direct patient care across 65+ inpatient units. You will work full‑time night shifts, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, and float to high‑acuity areas as needed, delivering patient‑centered care while maintaining clinical leadership.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of acute care Med‑Surg experience, strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication. ICU experience and BSN are preferred; float pool experience is a plus.
