NorthStar is now hiring talented Full Time CRNA's for our Floating role in Northern VA! Great clinical leadership, autonomy, and an excellent work environment especially for those who enjoy doing regional anesthesia. Whether you are a new graduate or an experienced CRNA who enjoys doing regional blocks, and bread and butter cases, this is a career opportunity you do not want to miss! We offer the best hands‑on regional training with exposure to high volume regional block cases in the Northern Virginia area.

Facility Locations
The float pool covers a variety of hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. All locations are within the same service area and within approximately a 20-mile radius.
Required Locations
- Inova Mount Vernon Hospital
- Inova Alexandria Hospital
- Inova Franconia‑Springfield Ambulatory Surgery Center
- Inova Oakville Ambulatory Surgery Center
Optional Locations
- Inova Fairfax Hospital
- University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center
Practice Setting
Providers may request privileges at any of these facilities as part of the credentialing and privileging process.
Scope of Cases
Adapt to a variety of case types and clinical environments.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $140 per hour (approximately $291,200 annually based on 40 hours per week)
- Extra Shift Rate: $165 per hour
- Sign‑On Bonus: $75,000 with a 3‑year commitment with annual forgiveness
- Self‑Schedule! No nights, weekends, call shifts or holidays required
- Minimum 32 hours guaranteed per week
- Typical schedule: 4–5 shifts per week (8‑hour shifts)
- Monday–Friday only
- PTO: 7 weeks
