Incredible Health is seeking a skilled Float Pool RN to support hospital partners across multiple inpatient units. Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality bedside care across multiple inpatient units as assigned
- Rapidly assess patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies per provider orders and protocols
- Document assessments, care plans, and outcomes accurately in the EHR
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions
- Adhere to infection prevention, safety, and hospital quality standards
- Adapt quickly to new units, workflows, and patient populations as staffing needs change
