In this flexible role, you will float between units based on resident acuity and census, performing assessments, administering medications and treatments, and updating individualized care plans within an interdisciplinary team. You’ll mentor and support CNAs and LPNs, uphold infection control and safety standards, respond to changes in condition, and ensure thorough documentation.
