Float Pool Registered Nurse

Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston, IL is seeking an Internal Registry RN to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across acute care units based on hospital staffing needs. The Internal Registry RN will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement nursing care plans, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, timely care. Responsibilities include monitoring patient status, responding to rapid changes, documenting accurately in the EMR, educating patients and families, and following all quality, safety, and infection control standards while supporting hospital-wide initiatives and mentoring newer staff as needed.
