Lee Health is seeking a Flexible Float Pool RN to provide exceptional bedside care across multiple inpatient units on a PRN basis, supporting both day and night shifts. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement patient-centered nursing care, safely administer medications, and respond rapidly to changing clinical conditions. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, adapt quickly to varying workflows and patient populations, and uphold the highest standards of safety, compassion, and quality.
