Float Pool Registered Nurse

Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston, IL is seeking an Internal Registry RN to provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care across multiple units. In this flexible internal float/registry role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for diverse adult and geriatric populations, support safe transitions of care, and respond to changing acuity and staffing needs. Responsibilities include medication administration, clinical documentation, patient and family education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and adherence to hospital policies, quality metrics, and safety standards while upholding our mission of compassionate, community-based care.
