Crest Healthcare Group is looking for Float Pool Nurses (RNs and LPNs) to support our skilled nursing facilities throughout Southern and Central Illinois . This role is perfect for nurses who enjoy variety, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work with multiple care teams while earning industry-leading pay.
Pay: $50-$60 per hour
Scheduling: Flexible shifts available.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice.
- Complete clinical documentation and communicate with care teams.
- Support residents with dignity, compassion, and professionalism.
- Float between Crest facilities as staffing needs arise.
What We’re Looking For
- Current Illinois RN or LPN license.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between facilities.
- Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented.
