Float Pool Nurse (RN / LPN)

Crest Healthcare Group is looking for Float Pool Nurses (RNs and LPNs) to support our skilled nursing facilities throughout Southern and Central Illinois .
This role is perfect for nurses who enjoy variety, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work with multiple care teams while earning industry-leading pay.
Pay: $55-$65 per hour
Scheduling: Flexible shifts available
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
- Complete clinical documentation and communicate with care teams
- Support residents with dignity, compassion, and professionalism
- Float between Crest facilities as staffing needs arise
What We’re Looking For
- Current Illinois RN or LPN license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between facilities
- Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented
