Dunbar Center is seeking a Float Pool Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality resident-centered care across units in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The LPN will deliver bedside care, administer medications and treatments, monitor residents’ conditions, document care accurately, and collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians.
Responsibilities include supporting rehab plans, assisting with ADLs, responding to changes in condition, and educating residents and families. This role requires flexibility to float between units, strong communication, and a commitment to compassion, dignity, and safety.
