Float Physician - Family Medicine

$261,600–$324,350 + up to $100K relocation/sign-on support. No patient panel. No hospital call. No weekends.

Up to $75K in NHSC student loan repayment + J-1/H-1B visa waiver sponsorship available (HPSA site).

We're seeking BC/BE Family Medicine physicians for a float role across two established outpatient clinics (Auburn and Grass Valley, CA) at a 50-year-old non-profit community health center serving ~25,000 patients. You'll increase access and cover provider leave — with a regular, pre-set schedule and no panel of your own.

Qualifications

• MD or DO, BC/BE in Family Medicine
• Unrestricted CA license (or eligibility), current DEA
• Comfort seeing all ages in an outpatient setting
