Duration: 3 Months
Schedule: 7am to 8 pm

Our client is seeking an experienced Phlebotomist II to join their team in Merrillville IN The ideal candidate will have experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced laboratory or hospital environment while maintaining exceptional patient care and specimen integrity.
Key responsibilities include:
* Performing venipuncture and specimen collection
* Processing and preparing specimens for testing
* Managing and coordinating specimen drop-offs for the client
* Providing excellent patient service while maintaining quality and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 6 months of recent phlebotomy experience in a hospital or high-volume laboratory setting.
- Overall 2-4 years of healthcare/phlebotomy experience preferred.
- Proficiency in venipuncture using straight and butterfly needles.
- Experience processing and handling laboratory specimens.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Valid Phlebotomy Certification if required by state regulations.
