- Float LPNs must be available for on-call shifts and willing to work at various locations as needed

- Provide exceptional nursing care and monitor resident health
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist residents with daily living activities as needed
- Collaborate with CNAs and other care team members
- Document care accurately and timely
- Support a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
