Flight Test Engineer — Autonomous UAVs (Equity)

Grid.aero seeks a Flight Test Engineer to join a small, high-impact team. You will own the execution, instrumentation, and analysis of flight test campaigns on our UAV platforms, bridging software, hardware, and operations to produce high-quality data and actionable insights.

As an early hire, you’ll help establish flight test processes, data validation standards, and safety protocols while traveling regularly to Merced for field testing. A strong background in aerospace and robotics is required.
