nYou will be the Flight Safety Survival Equipment Tech for the team which is responsible for ensuring aircrew flight equipment readiness.
nWhat You Will Be Doing
nAs the Flight Safety Survival Equipment Tech you will be responsible for maintaining and certifying critical aircrew survival equipment.
nYour responsibilities will include:

Performing periodic and scheduled tests, inspections, and maintenance on aircrew flight equipment including parachutes, survival kits, helmets, oxygen masks, and pressure suits.

Ensuring proper size and fitment of aircrew ensemble and certify equipment as safe for flight.

Working directly with aircrew to troubleshoot and resolve problems with flight equipment.
n n - n
Properly recording all inspection and maintenance actions using technical data, blueprints, and vendor instructions.

Utilizing basic hand tools and occasionally work irregular shifts to support flying operations.
