We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Flight Nurse to join our elite air medical transport team based in Redding, CA. This is more than just a job — it''s a chance to save lives in high-pressure environments while working with a top-tier clinical and aviation crew.
You’ll deliver advanced critical care during helicopter or fixed-wing transports, responding to trauma scenes, interfacility transfers, and time-sensitive emergencies throughout Northern California.

- Provide critical care nursing during air medical transports for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients
- Collaborate closely with flight paramedics, pilots, and receiving facilities
- Perform advanced assessments, interventions, and medication administration in-flight
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication throughout the transport process
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and equipment readiness at all times
- Participate in continuing education, training simulations, and crew safety briefings
