Immediate Hiring! Flight Nurse Career Opportunity
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting Range is $28.66–$49.63 per hour, dependent on experience
- $25,500 Annual Area Stipend
- $5,000 Relocation Assistance available if living more than 50 miles outside of Klamath Falls, OR
- New Schedule: two 24‑hour shifts per week
- Company‑paid crew housing while on shift
Responsibilities:
- Assess each situation to determine the best course of action to support, monitor, and treat patients in critical care situations.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to manage the critically ill or injured adult or pediatric patient and support physicians’ orders.
- Provide a safe, clean, and well‑stocked aircraft environment, maintain regular equipment and base checks, and comply with safety standards and briefings.
- Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with air and ground teams, dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
- Share shift change information with the transitioning team and follow protocols to maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation and records.
- Maintain required certifications and ongoing training for the position.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Three years of experience in an Emergency or Adult Critical Care setting as a licensed RN.
- Current RN license in the states served by the assigned area.
- EMT Certification and Trauma Certification in state(s) where required.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP required prior to flight status (NRP certification is provided during New Hire Training).
- Certified Registered Flight Nurse (CFRN) required within 24 months from date of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of Klamath Falls, OR, or be willing to relocate.
- Prior flight experience.
- Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS.
