Flight Controls & GNC Manager: Lead Cutting-Edge Autopilot

REGENT is seeking a Manager, Flight Controls & GNC to lead the controls team across prototype and production programs. You will guide guidance, control laws, and sensor integration while ensuring the highest design assurance for flight.

You will build a cross-disciplinary team, remain hands-on where needed, and own the release path from prototype to flight-ready production, working with certification and validation teams to meet stringent safety and performance goals.
