MCC seeks a Flexo Press Operator for 2nd and 3rd shift to safely set up, operate, and maintain flexographic presses producing high-quality printed materials that support our global relief and development mission.
Responsibilities include press setup, plate mounting, ink mixing, color matching, routine adjustments, and quality checks to meet print specifications. The operator will monitor production, complete documentation, follow preventive maintenance schedules, and uphold strict safety, stewardship, and waste-reduction practices in a collaborative, faith-driven environment.
