Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. This flexible opportunity allows you to provide high-quality therapy services while maintaining a schedule that fits your availability.
Position Responsibilities
- Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide treatment focused on ADLs, upper extremity function, cognition, coordination, balance, and safety awareness
- Recommend adaptive equipment and therapeutic strategies to maximize resident independence
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy staff, physicians, and families to support resident goals
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Flexible PRN scheduling
- Collaborative rehab team with PT, OT, SLP, and nursing professionals
- Opportunity to work with both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents
- Supportive leadership and resident-focused care environment
- Active Occupational Therapist license required
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
