Flexible PRN Mental Health RN: Relief Nurse

The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD seeks a Staff Nurse, RN- Relief (PRN) to deliver nursing care to individuals with mental health and developmental disabilities across settings in Houston, TX. You will apply the nursing process to plan, implement, document and evaluate care following Texas Board of Nursing standards.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, administer medications, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and quality.
